So this time's theme is Padang food which is known for its high demands and traps..Wrong timing, leads to disaster..Wrong amount of spices, leads to catastrophe..haha..I got to sms my Mom so many times for tips and tricks..haha..Poor her..I know she didn't enjoy texting with the mobile's tiny keypads..:D
Ben..voila..my home made Dendeng Balado (Chilli Fried Beef), Gulai Ayam (Chicken Curry), Samba Uok jo tari (Steamed chilli with baby-fish), and Soto Ayam (Chicken Soto)..But I got to admit, I used instant puree for Soto..But for the others, I prepare them from zero.. ;)
Dendeng Balado...Fuh, local imported chilli is so hot..
All in, plus flower..haha..
And tonite, after having this whole Sunday relaxing, I still feel pain on my shoulders..Apart from the fact that I have to juggle between getting the appartment clean and cooking, I grind the chilli and the spices the traditional way..Oaahh...I don't know how my Mom does it everyday and not complaining??
I love you more and more, Mom..You're such a hero in my heart..
